5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring valid passports, visas, and required documentation
Complying with laws, customs, and regulations of destinations visited

Failure to meet these requirements is not grounds for a refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Tania Travel and Tours acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (transportation companies, hotels, venues, etc.).

We are not liable for:

Injuries, losses, or damages during travel or events
Acts of God, accidents, delays, or force majeure events
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Participation in tours and travel activities is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tania Travel and Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
